The Project: Provide operational project management services to the Windsor Motor Group for the entire fit out of Ireland’s first MotorMall. A 46,000 sq. ft. multi-brand showroom in Charlestown Dublin, with capacity for 55 vehicles in the showroom.
Established in 1964, Windsor has been supplying new and used cars to valued customers for many decades. Their clients trust in them to provide the best quality, affordable cars, and the highest standards of customer service.
The solution incorporated an Electric Vehicle (EV) hub with 20 free charge points, a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Centre for commercial buyers, a dedicated aftercare workshop with 16 work bays, café, mobility services, can financing, insurance, rental, and sharing options including a brand new showroom and ample customer parking.
This was a complex six-month project involving multiple stakeholders. We delivered on budget and on-time when the MotorMall opened in September 2019.
