This role requires the candidate to provide strong 2nd-level IT Support to the business, across Hardware, Software and Networks issues.

Responsibilities

Plan

  • Strong documentation and organization skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple large projects at the same time
  • Determine proper escalation path for non-resolved issues

Execute

  • Self-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks based on impact analysis
  • Monitor and manage Deskside ticket queues
  • Resolve incidents within the agreed customer SLA with a high focus on obtaining an excellent customer satisfaction rating
  • Effective diagnosis & troubleshooting.
  • Multitasking changes and issue resolution
  • Bringing your thoughts and ideas to the team for future projects
  • Upskilling and exposure to multiple cloud technologies
  • Troubleshooting hardware /software/ network connectivity issues

Deliver

  • Client escalations point for issues, leveraging the team when required
  • Provide ad-hoc support for ongoing projects at the request of your manager
  • Bringing your thoughts and ideas to the team for future projects

 

Sounds great, what do I need?

  • 8+ years experience managing projects and programmes in multiple industries.
  • A PM certification
  • Very good organisational skills, logical and efficient thinking, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Adept at using negotiation, facilitation, and presentation techniques to build consensus, and skilled at communicating difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and tools, particularly Agile Scrum.
  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
