We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist to join a new venture within The Project Foundry.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in expanding an additional service to the business and work with our extensive range of clients. The Project Foundry have partnered with a global PPM organisation as their implementation partner and need an ambitious Implementation Specialist to drive this service.

The ideal person should have experience with application (ERP, PSA, PPM, etc.) implementations and administration in client facing or professional services environments. Strong interpersonal skills to understand the needs of the client and ability to speak with technical and on technical stakeholders.



  • Work directly with clients, to understand their needs and deliver bespoke solutions that address these needs
  • Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation
  • Good technical knowledge, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success
  • Run effective workshops with the customer; gather and document clear requirements; design and build practical solutions; and finally test these thoroughly before moving into user training and client hand-over.


  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME), for the PPM
  • Support and lead internal PPM application changes as needed
  • Ability to travel to clients (if needed)
  • Utilise suitable project management methodologies to assist in the implementation process



  • Demonstrate the application and any configurations to the clients, throughout the delivery
  • Deliver suitable PPM solutions to clients and any additional support
  • Ability to explain to clients the benefits of the solution and how it will improve their business, and strong business acumen to understand the current business environment and any challenges that may arise


Sounds good? What do you need?

  • Experience with application (ERP, PSA, PPM etc.) implementation and administration, ideally in a client facing or professional services
  • Experience with the customisation, rollout and training of applications, meeting clients’ specific technical needs.
  • Ability to work well with technical and non-technical team members at various levels, ranging from support to development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all business levels and work in a collaborative way across multiple teams and clients
  • A customer-driven focus and an ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets in relation to customer delivery
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems, or other Project applications
  • A degree-level qualification in Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
